Product Description

This rugged work table pairs a premium 2-1/4" edge-grain Northern hard rock maple butcher-block top with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel base, designed to thrive in demanding commercial environments while looking right at home in an open-kitchen concept. The Boos Block® table is available in a range of sizes from 36" to 120" long, with depths of 24", 30" or 36", to suit your specific prep line, bakery, or studio kitchen needs. The table is also NSF certified for safety in food preparation areas.

Key Features:

  • The 2-1/4" thick edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple surface is extremely durable and ideal for use with knives.
  • The food-safe penetrating oil finish is easy to maintain and showcases the natural beauty of the wood.
  • The Type 300 stainless steel legs and adjustable side/rear bracing with a #4 satin polish are resistant to moisture and can support heavy loads.
  • The 1" adjustable stainless bullet feet allow the table to be leveled on uneven floors.
  • The table ships in a knocked-down (KD) configuration, reducing freight costs and simplifying assembly.
  • The product is NSF listed, ensuring compliance with food-service sanitation standards.

Optional Accessories:

  • You can choose to add a stainless steel drawer to your unit, with or without a lock feature.
  • Overshelves and pot racks are also available as optional accessories.
  • Locking or non-locking caster sets can be added to the unit for easier mobility.

Care & Maintenance:

  • Condition the maple top monthly by applying Boos Mystery Oil to keep it in good condition. Then, seal it with Boos Board Cream to add extra moisture resistance.
  • Clean the surface with mild soap and warm water. Avoid soaking the cutting board or putting it in the dishwasher.
  • Wipe the stainless steel components with a soft cloth and a non-chloride stainless steel cleaner. Do not use abrasive pads, as they can damage the surface.
