The John Boos TNB17 Work Table is a premium-quality prep station designed for chefs, bakers, and food-service professionals. Featuring a 2-¼ inch thick edge-grain Hard Rock Maple surface and a rugged type 300 stainless steel frame, this 8-foot work table delivers uncompromising durability. Key Features:
- The table has a thick 2-1/4 inch edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple top, with a flat "BKSC" style.
- The food-grade oil finish protects the wood fibers and enhances the natural beauty of the wood.
- The open base, legs, and adjustable side and rear bracing are made of stainless steel with a #4 satin polish finish that resists corrosion.
- The 1-5/8 inch diameter, 18-gauge tubular legs have welded stainless steel gussets for maximum stability.
- The stainless steel bullet feet are height-adjustable, allowing for quick and easy leveling on uneven floors.
- The table ships in a knocked-down (KD) configuration to reduce freight costs, and can be easily assembled with bolts.

Care & Maintenance:
- Apply a layer of Boos Block® Mystery Oil to the maple top monthly, or more often in heavily used areas, to keep the wood well-oiled.
- Clean the wood by wiping it with a mild soap and warm water. Never soak the wood or put it in the dishwasher.
- For the stainless steel legs and bracing, wipe them down daily with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth, following the direction of the metal's grain.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive pads, as they can scratch the wood or damage the protective layer on the stainless steel.
