Enjoy nine full feet of legendary Boos Block® workspace. This heavy-duty table features an ultra-thick, edge-grain maple top with a food-safe oil finish and a rugged Type 300 stainless steel base, making it perfect for commercial kitchens, bakeries, breweries, and serious home studios.
Key Features:
- The work surface is 108 inches wide and 36 inches deep, providing ample space for high-volume prep and assembly tasks.
- The 2-1/4 inch thick top is made from Northern Hard Rock Maple, with an edge-grain design for superior strength and appearance.
- The penetrating oil finish protects the wood and can be easily re-conditioned.
- The entire base, including the gussets and bracing, is made of type 300 stainless steel with a #4 satin polish.
- The table has six 1-5/8 inch diameter tubular legs, with the larger 7 foot+ units coming standard with six legs for extra stability.
- The adjustable 1-1/4 inch side and rear bracing allows you to set the shelf clearance to suit your specific workflow needs.

Care & Maintenance – Wood Top:
- Apply Boos Block® Mystery Oil to the surface once a month, or whenever the wood looks dry.
- After oiling, use Boos Block® Board Cream to seal and protect the wood grain.
- Clean the surface with mild soap and warm water, then wipe it dry. Avoid submerging the wood in water or putting it in a dishwasher.
Care & Maintenance – Stainless Base:
- Clean the base with a soft, damp cloth and water every day. Dry it immediately to prevent water spots.
- For tough stains, use non-chlorine cleaners like Bar Keepers Friend.
- Avoid using abrasive pads, steel wool, or cleaners with bleach, as they can damage the stainless steel surface.
