2-¼" Hard Rock Maple Top | Stainless Steel Base & Shelf | NSF
This 8-foot Boos Block® work table is built to meet the needs of demanding chefs. It features an edge-grain maple surface paired with a sturdy six-leg stainless steel frame, providing a rock-solid platform for prep, plating, and pastry work. The dimensions and weight are nominal, with a tolerance of ± 0.5". Factory-installed accessory options like drawers, casters, or overshelves are available upon request.

Care & Maintenance:
- Regularly apply Boos® Mystery Oil to the maple top, either monthly or whenever it appears dry.
- Clean the wood with a mild soap and warm water, then thoroughly dry it before reapplying the oil.
- For the stainless steel components, use a non-chloride cleanser like Bar Keepers Friend, wiping in the direction of the grain, and then dry the surface.
- Do not use abrasive pads, steel wool, or bleach on any part of the table.
