Product Description

This premium stainless steel cocktail station is designed for high-volume bars. The 30-inch underbar ice bin from John Boos keeps cocktails flowing and soda lines ice-cold. With a generous foam-insulated basin, integrated cold plate, and durable 18-gauge Type 300 stainless steel construction, this unit is built to be a reliable workhorse for any beverage program. The ice capacity may vary depending on the size and configuration of the ice cubes.

Key features & benefits:

  • The unit has a foam-insulated ice bin that measures 28" W x 18" F-B x 13-1/2" D, with an approximate ice capacity of 145 lbs.
  • It comes with a pre-installed 7-circuit cast aluminum cold plate for rapid soda gun chilling.
  • The top, apron, sides, and backsplash are made of 18-gauge Type 300 stainless steel with a #4 satin finish.
  • It has a 2-piece sliding stainless steel cover to keep the ice sanitary between pours.
  • The 3" backsplash has removable access plates for easy beverage line routing.
  • Threaded inserts on the sides and front allow for quick attachment of speed rails and adjoining modules.
  • The unit has 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel legs with front-to-back bracing, and 1" adjustable bullet feet for perfect leveling.
  • It has a large 1-7/8" drain opening with a 1" MPT (3-1/4" L) connection.
  • The unit is NSF certified for safe and sanitary operation.

Fast, secure installation:

  • The legs and side bracing come separately, making it easy to set up quickly.
  • The pre-drilled holes on the sides match the holes on other John Boos underbar units, allowing you to connect them together.
  • The included Z-clip lets you attach the backsplash to the wall, providing a sturdy and stable installation.

Care & cleaning:

  • Clean the surface daily using a mild soap or non-chloride detergent. Rinse and wipe dry after cleaning.
  • Avoid using abrasive pads or cleaners that contain chlorides or quaternary salts, as they can damage the surface.
  • Polish the surface regularly with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner to maintain the satin sheen.
