The Omcan Trento Reach-In Blast Chiller (Model BC-IT-0101) quickly and safely chills large amounts of food. It measures 32" wide x 32" deep x 66" tall and holds up to 10 standard 18" x 26" trays. The unit features a built-in self-contained refrigeration system and is easy to operate with a 5" touchscreen control panel. You can set it to chill by time or by using the included core temperature probe to monitor the internal food temperature. Other highlights include a removable rack and grid system, manual defrost, and automatic cold holding to keep food at a safe temperature.
