The Omcan USA Refrigerated Pizza Prep Table (Model PT-CN-1800-2D, Item #49298) is a two-section prep table designed to keep your ingredients fresh and within easy reach. The temperature stays between 33°F and 41°F, controlled by an easy-to-use electronic system.
