Product Description
The Dealer's Choice Hot Food Holding Cabinet is a pass-through design with two compartments, each featuring microprocessor control and an LED display. The cabinet has full-height glass doors on both sides, with the control side offering left or right hinged access and the other side offering right-hinged doors. The interior and sides are made of anodized aluminum, and each compartment includes three clear coated shelves installed at the factory. The unit is mounted on 6-inch casters and is compatible with 208-230V or 115V, 60Hz, single-phase electrical systems, with a hard-wired connection. The cabinet is certified to cULus and cETLus safety standards.
