It accommodates (16) 1/6 size or (8) 1/3 size condiment pans up to 6" deep (sold separately) to keep all your fresh toppings close at hand. The pan rail is covered by a stainless steel lid to maintain food-safe temperatures and help prevent product contamination. This unit's self-contained, 1/6 hp refrigeration system uses R-290 refrigerant to maintain temperatures from 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, keeping your ingredients cold and fresh. Plus, its side-mounted compressor allows for easy servicing and lets the unit be placed closer to the wall to save space. This model boasts a convenient countertop design, and it stands on 4 sturdy ABS legs. It has a stainless steel interior and exterior for long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. Its cabinet is cooled using a static cooling system, and it has high-density, foamed-in-place, CFC-free polyurethane insulation to retain cold air. This prep table is easy to operate with a simple on / off switch, while the front-mounted digital temperature display makes it easy to monitor and adjust temperatures. It requires a 115V electrical connection for operation, and it comes with a 9' cord.
