This powerful 60-inch American Range is built and engineered in the USA, providing 306,000 BTUs of cooking power. It features eight 32,000 BTU open burners, a 1-inch thick manual griddle, and a full-size convection oven, plus a 26-1/2 inch storage base for sheet pans, pots, and other smallwares. Crafted with durable stainless-steel, adjustable chrome legs, and available with optional accessories like a 6-inch stub back, 20-inch flue riser, or high-shelf riser, this range is a seamless addition to any commercial kitchen.
Highlights:
- The range has eight (8) open burners, each delivering 32,000 BTU/hr. The burners have lift-off heads and 12" × 12" cast-iron grates.
