Made in the USA, the American Range AVB-2 Economy Vertical Broiler transforms countertop space into a high-profit roasting station. Featuring powerful infrared heat, smooth motorized rotation, and a durable stainless-steel construction, this broiler delivers authentic gyros, shawarma, tacos al pastor, and more with reliable performance for years of daily use. The product is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.

Installation & Clearances:

  • This appliance is designed for use on non-combustible floors. If it is installed on a raised curb, there should be a 2-inch (51 mm) clearance under the base.
  • If the appliance is placed next to non-combustible walls, there is no required clearance.
  • If the appliance is installed adjacent to combustible construction, a clearance of 12 inches (305 mm) on the sides and 4 inches (102 mm) at the rear must be maintained.
  • This appliance must be installed under an adequate commercial ventilation system, as per the requirements of NFPA 96.

Optional Accessories:

  • Stainless-steel equipment stand that can hold your device. This stand is model VES-20 and weighs 39 pounds or 18 kilograms.
