This versatile braising pan can handle a wide range of cooking tasks, from searing and braising to steaming, holding, and pan frying. With its speed, consistency, and durability, the DuraPan™ SGL-30-TR meets the demands of today's high-volume kitchens. Shipping crate dimensions: 44" W × 44" D × 54" H.

What's Included:

  • The stainless-steel cover has a spring-assisted mechanism and can be adjusted. It also has a full-width handle.
  • The unit has four stainless-steel legs that can be adjusted to level the device. The rear legs are flanged, allowing the unit to be bolted down.
  • The pan inside the unit has embossed gallon and litre measurements.
  • The pouring lip is designed to prevent splashing.
  • An operator's manual and a start-up voucher are included.
