Delfield N8831 Steam Tables & Food Wells
Product Description
Keep entrées, sides, and sauces at safe serving temperatures right where you need them. The Delfield N8831 is a heavy-duty, 2-pan hot food well that drops straight into a 30-3/4" × 25" counter cutout, providing professional steam-table performance without the footprint of a full steam table. It features a single-tank, wet operation with a remote thermostat, and is cULus and NSF listed.

- Holds two full-size 12" x 20" hotel pans, with adapter bars included.
- 8-inch deep stainless steel tank designed for wet operation, providing gentle and even heat.
- Remote-mount control panel with a single thermostat and indicator light; 2-foot (61 cm) pre-wired conduit for flexible placement.
- Independent 1,000-watt incoloy heating elements under each pan, for a total of 2,000 watts.
- 1-inch NPT stainless steel drain to quickly change water and clean up.
- 18-gauge stainless steel top with a 2-inch overhang for a clean, flush fit.
- 1-inch fiberglass side insulation and 2-inch bottom blanket to reduce energy loss.
- 20-gauge galvanized exterior to protect the internal components.
