Product Description
The Quiktherm™ Rethermalization/Convection/Hold Oven is a full-size, single cavity unit with 18 sets of adjustable universal angles on 1-1/2" centers. It features a fully insulated design and deluxe LED oven controls with 18 programmable menu options and a food probe for precise cooking. The oven has field reversible Dutch doors, anti-microbial latches, and an integral drip trough. It's built with sturdy stainless steel construction and comes equipped with four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which are braked. This oven is cCSAus and CSA-Sanitation certified.
