Quiktherm™ is a full-size, reach-in oven designed for rethermalization, convection, and holding. It can accommodate up to 18 standard 18" x 26" pans or 32 smaller 13" x 26" baskets, adjustable on 1-1/2" centers. The oven is fully insulated and features a solid state electric control convection system with an LED digital display and standard controls. It has reversible Dutch doors with antimicrobial latches, and four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which are braked. The Quiktherm™ oven is constructed with stainless steel and is certified to cCSAus and CSA standards.
