The Frymaster® Performance Fryer is a gas-powered, floor model commercial fryer designed for high-volume cooking operations.

Capacity and Design

Features (3) 50 lb. oil capacity frypots with an open frypot design for efficient cooking and maintenance.

Control System

Equipped with a millivolt controller, centerline fast-action temperature probe for precise temperature monitoring, and thermostat knob conveniently located behind the front panel.

Ignition and Safety

Includes EZSpark™ ignitor for reliable startup and safe operation.

Construction and Materials

Built with durable stainless steel frypot, door, and cabinet construction for long-lasting performance and easy cleaning.

Included Accessories

Complete package includes over-the-flue basket hangers, rack-type basket support, covers, (2) twin baskets, and flue deflector.
