The Vulcan PowerFry3™ 1TR85AF gas fryer is a high-efficiency commercial fryer with an 85-90 lb capacity. It features ThreePass™ heat transfer and KleenScreen PLUS® filtration for faster recovery and easier oil management. The stainless steel cabinet and fry tank, solid-state analog controls with melt cycles, and electronic ignition provide durability and convenience.
