The Vulcan 1VEG35M gas fryer is a heavy-duty, floor-mounted unit designed for commercial kitchens. It features a stainless steel tank and front, with a large 35-40 lb. oil capacity and powerful 70,000 BTU heating. The fryer includes a millivolt thermostat with hi-limit shutoff, a built-in flue deflector, twin frying baskets, a drain extension, and a nickel-plated tube rack.
