Product Description
The Vulcan 2TR45CF PowerFry gas fryer is a high-efficiency 31-inch twin-vat fryer with 140,000 BTU. It is ENERGY STAR® certified and has a 45-50 lb capacity per vat. The fryer features a programmable PowerFry3™ computer control with melt cycles, ThreePass™ heat transfer, and KleenScreen PLUS® filtration. It also has electronic ignition, twin baskets, and a stainless-steel cabinet. The Vulcan 2TR45CF is NSF/CSA certified and comes with adjustable casters for use in commercial kitchens.
