Product Description
The Vulcan PowerFry3™ 3TR45DF gas fryer is a high-efficiency, 210,000 BTU commercial fryer with ThreePass™ heat transfer and ENERGY STAR® performance. It features three vats, each with a 45-50 lb capacity, equipped with solid-state digital controls, melt cycles, and electronic ignition. The fryer also includes KleenScreen PLUS® filtration, twin baskets, and a stainless-steel cabinet for durable, easy-clean operation. It is NSF/CSA certified and has adjustable casters for flexible kitchen placement.
