The Vulcan PowerFry 3TR65CF is a high-efficiency gas fryer designed for high-volume kitchens. It features a 63-inch triple-vat design with ThreePass heat transfer technology for improved efficiency. The fryer includes a programmable computer control with melt cycles and KleenScreen PLUS filtration. Constructed with a stainless steel cabinet and tanks, it also has twin baskets, electronic ignition, and adjustable casters.
