Vulcan's 3TR85CF PowerFry gas fryer is a high-efficiency, ENERGY STAR® certified commercial fryer. It boasts three 85–90 lb vats, programmable computer control with melt cycles, and ThreePass™ heat transfer for fast, even frying. The fryer includes KleenScreen PLUS® filtration, electronic ignition, twin baskets, a stainless steel cabinet and tanks, adjustable casters, and 270,000 BTU performance. It is NSF and CSA certified for reliable, shop-ready operation.
