The Vulcan 3VK45CF PowerFry gas fryer offers commercial-grade frying with ENERGY STAR efficiency. Its 46-1/2" wide triple-vat design provides a 45–50 lb capacity per vat, along with FivePass heat transfer and PowerFry5 programmable controls with melt cycles. The fryer features KleenScreen PLUS filtration, electronic ignition, stainless steel cabinet and tanks, twin baskets, adjustable casters, and 210,000 BTU power.
