Engineered for busy kitchens that demand speed, consistency, and low operating costs, the PFG-600 pressure fryer offers a compact 19-inch footprint with the advantages of Henny Penny technology. Cook up to 32 pieces of chicken in 43 pounds of oil at lower temperatures, locking in moisture and flavor for quick turnaround during peak hours. The Computron® 8000 control and 4-head (12.5 lb) capacity ensure reliable performance.

Features:

  • The pressure cooking feature applies 12 psi pressure, which can reduce typical cook times by up to 35% while sealing out excess oil.
  • The integrated stainless-steel Max oil filtration system uses two PHT envelopes to filter and return hot oil in minutes, eliminating the need for messy pans or pumps.
  • The high-efficiency 80,000 BTU/hr burner with solid-state ignition quickly recovers temperature to keep up with peak demand.
  • The Computron® 8000 controller can store 10 programmable cook cycles, and offers melt/idle/clean-out modes, load compensation, filter tracking, and a water detection alert.
  • The patented lid-lock with color-keyed spindle ensures a perfect seal and will not release until the internal pressure falls below 1 psi.
  • The cold-zone design below the burners helps extend oil life and improve food quality.
  • Four heavy-duty swivel casters (with two locking casters) make cleaning and repositioning the unit easy.
