- The unit has six full-extension 32" drawers, each of which can fit two 12" x 20" x 6" hotel pans (pans not included).
- The reinforced ½" marine-edge stainless steel top, with a 12-gauge sub-top, can support up to 225 lbs/ft of cooking equipment.
- The left-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses the environmentally-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, providing low GWP (Global Warming Potential) and fast recovery.
