This extra-wide Continental freezer showcases frozen products while maintaining food-safe temperatures as low as -10 °F. Built entirely of heavy-gauge stainless steel inside and out, it offers rock-solid durability, crystal-clear product visibility, and industry-leading performance. Performance & Convenience:
- The unit can operate in a temperature range of 0 to -5 °F, and this can be adjusted down to -10 °F in an ambient temperature of 90 °F.
- It has a self-contained ½ HP refrigeration system that uses the eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
- The electronic control features a bright digital display and includes a high and low temperature alarm.
- It has an automatic electric condensate evaporator, eliminating the need for floor drains.
- The expansion-valve design provides fast pull-down and steady holding temperatures.
Built for Merchandising:
- The glass doors are extra-wide and have three panes, which helps reduce frost and maximize visibility of the products.
- The doors have a self-closing design with chrome handles, hinges that lift the door, and cylinder locks.
- There are four full-width, heavy-duty shelves that are coated with epoxy and can be adjusted on steel pilasters.
- Bright LED lighting inside the unit highlights all the products.
- The gaskets around the doors can be easily snapped in and out for a tight seal, and can be quickly replaced in the field if needed.
