Robot Coupe R10U Countertop Mixer is a heavy-duty bench-style cutter/mixer designed for commercial kitchens, catering, and foodservice prep. It features an 11.5 L stainless steel bowl and a 3.5 L mini bowl for precise batching. The mixer has three smooth-edge "S" blades and offers two speeds (1800/3600 RPM) with on/off and pulse controls. For safe and reliable operation, it includes a magnetic safety switch and indicator lights. The 4.5 HP, 208–240V/60Hz/3-ph mixer is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
