The Structural Concepts GHSS456HLB Fusion® Hot Food Display is a 51-inch wide heated self-service case designed to keep food at safe serving temperatures. The stainless steel rear exterior, heated deck, and three solid heated shelves work together to maintain the proper temperature. LED lighting on the top and shelves ensures excellent visibility of the food. The unit is certified to cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it suitable for use in commercial kitchens.
