The Traulsen Centerline CLPT-3615-SD-RR Mega Top Prep Table Refrigerator is a 36-inch two-section reach-in prep table that can hold up to 15 1/6-size 4-inch pans or 6-inch pans. It features a full-length removable cutting board, a stainless steel exterior, and an anodized aluminum interior. The solid right/right doors are field reversible, and it has an electronic LED controller. Each section includes 2 epoxy shelves, and it has 4-inch casters for easy mobility. This energy-efficient unit uses R290 refrigerant and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, making it an ideal choice for busy commercial kitchens that require reliable cold prep and easy cleaning.
