The Traulsen CLPT-4818-SD-LL Centerline refrigerated prep table is a 48-inch, two-section Mega Top designed for busy kitchens. It features a stainless steel exterior, anodized aluminum interior, and solid left/left doors that are field reversible. The prep table includes a full-length, removable cutting board and can accommodate up to 18 1/6-size pans (4-inch pans included; fits 6-inch deep pans). The electronic LED controls, two epoxy-coated shelves per section, and 4-inch casters provide convenient features, while the energy-efficient R290 refrigerant and 1/5 HP motor ensure reliable, high-capacity cold prep and storage.
