It features two powerful 32,000 BTU open burners, a precision-controlled 24" griddle, and a full-size standard oven - all in a rugged, space-saving footprint. With all-stainless construction inside and out, this range is built to withstand the daily demands of a busy kitchen. Thoughtful cleaning features help reduce downtime between rushes.
