The 48" self-service floor model features 5 heated shelves with a total capacity of 200 lbs. Powered by Alto-Shaam's Halo Heat® technology, this unit keeps grab-and-go favorites hot, fresh, and ready to sell without the drying effects of fans or harsh bulbs. The gentle, even top-and-bottom heat extends hold times, making it ideal for displaying rotisserie chickens, pizza slices, hot sandwiches, ribs, and more. The unit ships without graphics or signage and should be installed level, away from steam, grease, or high-heat sources.
