Product Description

The Comstock-Castle CCR6-E range is designed for busy kitchens that require powerful performance in a compact design. It features six high-efficiency hobs on top and a full-size, thermostatically-controlled oven below, delivering rapid heat-up and even cooking. The all-stainless steel front ensures durable, long-lasting construction to withstand the demands of diners, cafeterias, and high-volume kitchens. Custom options such as extra oven racks or casters are available upon request.

Key Features:

  • The cooktop has six solid-disk heating elements. Three of the elements are 2.6 kW for searing and boiling, and three are 2 kW for simmering and holding.
  • The total connected load is 17 kW, providing consistent and powerful heating that recovers quickly.
  • The full-size oven measures 26 ¾" wide, 25 ⅞" deep, and 13 ⅞" high. It has top and bottom heating elements for uniform baking and roasting.
  • The thermostat range is 125 °F to 500 °F, allowing for a wide variety of cooking tasks, from proofing to high-heat finishing.
  • Two chrome-plated, repositionable oven racks are included.
  • The front, back, and high-shelf are made of stainless steel, and the sides are galvanized steel, providing long-term corrosion resistance.
