Product Description

The CS-24EG-C is a 2-zone griddle with a 1-inch chrome-plated cooking surface. It delivers 3-4 kW of power, making it ideal for high-volume breakfast bars, diners, concession stands, and ghost kitchens. The thick chrome plate retains heat efficiently, minimizing food sticking, and allows for quick cleanup, keeping orders flowing from open to close.

  • Durable and adjustable: Corrosion-resistant stainless-steel frame with adjustable leveling legs.

  • Flexible installation: Rear junction box can be wired on-site for single-phase or three-phase operation.
  • Power options: Field-selectable voltage, either 3 kW @ 208 V or 4 kW @ 240 V.
