Model GN17C53 | 2-Drawer, Low-Height Chef Base
This 53-inch chef base is designed to sit beneath Garland Master Series modular cooktops. It keeps ingredients ice-cold right where the cooking takes place. The two heavy-duty drawers glide open smoothly and can each fully accommodate standard 12 × 20 × 4" hotel pans. A powerful self-contained refrigeration system maintains consistent cabinet temperatures, even in hot 100 °F (38 °C) kitchens.
Key Features:
- Uses a self-contained 1/5 HP refrigeration system with environmentally responsible HFC-404A refrigerant.
- Has a vertically mounted blower coil for rapid and even airflow throughout the cabinet.
- Features a stainless steel exterior front and sides, with a stainless steel interior top, rear, and bottom for maximum durability.
- Includes (2) self-closing drawers on removable stainless steel roller assemblies.
- Each drawer can hold up to (2) full-size 12 × 20 × 4″ hotel pans, for a total capacity of 4 pans.
- Equipped with center, flush-mounted handles and Santoprene magnetic gaskets to ensure a tight seal.
