This heavy-duty freezer base is designed to be installed beneath Garland Heavy-Duty Master Series modular tops, keeping ingredients at freezing temperatures right where you need them while cooking. The low-profile design and durable stainless steel construction ensure reliable, long-lasting performance.
Highlights:
- Self-contained R-404A refrigeration with a vertically mounted blower coil for even cooling.
- Low 27" (686 mm) cabinet height supports any Master Series countertop appliance.
- Each drawer can hold 2 full-size 12" × 20" × 4" hotel pans, for a total of 4 pans.
- Stainless steel exterior front and sides, plus stainless steel interior top, rear, and bottom.
- Electric condensate evaporator - no drain line required.
- Compressor designed for use in hot kitchen environments up to 100 °F (38 °C).
- Front-mounted scroll thermometer for easy temperature checks.
- 6" (152 mm) adjustable stainless steel legs (casters are optional).
- UL, cULus, and NSF listed for commercial use.
