The Garland Arctic Fire GN17FC68 is a four-drawer, low-profile base designed to keep your frozen items chilled and accessible right beneath your Garland Master Series cooktop. Featuring a sturdy stainless-steel construction and a high-performance R-404A refrigeration system, this unit maintains a reliable -18°C/0°F holding temperature, even in hot kitchen environments up to 38°C/100°F. - Wide 68" layout with 2 sections, each with 4 self-closing drawers and centered, flush-mounted pulls

- Each drawer can hold a full-size 12" x 20" x 4" hotel pan (GN 1/1, 100 mm) - a total of 4 pans
- Vertically-mounted blower coil ensures even air distribution across both sections
- Tropicalized compressor rated for up to 100°F (38°C) ambient temperature
- Integrated electric condensate evaporator (no floor drains required)
- Santoprene magnetic gaskets provide a tight seal and can be replaced without tools
