The Master Series M47S is engineered for relentless, high-volume service. It combines a full-width, 1-inch thick griddle with a rugged storage base. Three powerful "H" style burners, each regulated by its own Hi-Lo valve, deliver the responsiveness chefs demand. The heavy-gauge stainless exterior withstands daily punishment. Garland offers a full line of Master Series options, including matching oven bases, convection models, and grooved griddle surfaces.
Performance & Construction Highlights:
- The griddle plate is 1 inch (25 mm) thick and made of polished steel, spanning the entire 34-inch (864 mm) width.
- Three cast-iron "H" burners provide a combined 99,000 BTU/hr (29 kW) of heating power.
- Individual Hi-Lo manual valves allow for precise temperature control in different zones.
- The 2-5/16 inch (59 mm) welded splash guards have a clip-on stainless steel backsplash.
- The front-mounted stainless steel grease drawer can be removed quickly for easy cleaning.
- The 7-1/2 inch (191 mm) deep stainless steel front rail doubles as a useful landing ledge.
- The spacious storage base (26 inches wide, 30-1/2 inches deep, and 20-1/2 inches high) has an adjustable shelf to store pans and small items.
