For the best in grilling potential, it features a 1" thick, manually-controlled griddle with one 33,000 BTU "H" burner. Its modular design makes it perfect to mount on a chef base or equipment stand (sold separately). As part of Garland's heavy-duty Master series, this powerful range provides exceptional heating for faster cooking times that save you money! Plus, with a 26 7/8" deep cooking area and a generous 7 1/2" stainless steel front rail, the Garland M7T is sure to provide all the extra work space you need, and it even makes a powerful stand-alone addition to small kitchens that don't require full ranges. It boasts a stainless steel construction and a one-piece drip tray. The Garland M7T Master series modular top gas griddle is mounted on 1 1/2" seating flanges.
