This heavy-duty model features two 35,000 BTU Starfire burners with conveniently removable heads, as well as a front-fired hot top attachment that utilizes three individually controlled jet burners (30,000 BTU total) to supply intense heat for sauteing up front and milder heat for warming in the back. Also, its modular design makes it perfect to mount on a chef base or equipment stand (sold separately). As part of Garland's heavy-duty Master Sentry series, this powerful range provides exceptional heating for faster cooking times that save you money! The Garland MST54T-E LP has an electric spark ignition and total flame failure protection, making it convenient and safe to operate. With a 26 7/8" deep cooking area and a generous 7 1/2" stainless steel front rail, this unit is sure to give you all the work space you need.
