It all begins with its expansive rangetop, which totals 260,000 BTU thanks to 10 cast open burners set in split-cast, ergonomic iron grates. Comfortably fit various pots and pans on the range to cook multiple recipes at once, which helps to significantly improve efficiency. Operated by large, simple knobs, the range is easy to use. For your low-volume baking and warming needs, this unit comes with a standard oven base that produces 32,000 BTU. It features a robust "H" style cast iron burner and a nickel-plated oven rack with a 3-position removable guide. Plus, its porcelain bottom and door liner make cleanup a snap, and the oven's 26 1/4" width fits standard sheet pans in both directions. The oven features an easy-to-modulate snap-action oven thermostat with a temperature range from low to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This wide temperature range, which includes precision adjustment, means you can use the oven for holding as well! Beside the oven, this range also has a storage cabinet in the base to keep frequently used items within your grasp.
