With two heavy-duty refrigerated sections, each featuring a pair of 27" drawers, the unit can hold up to eight full-size 12" × 20" × 4" hotel pans. Its low-profile design preserves valuable hood space, keeping ingredients ice-cold and within easy reach of the cooking line.
