The Groen PT-100 is a high-capacity commercial cooker built for reliable, large-volume steaming. Its 100-gallon capacity and durable stainless steel construction, including a 316 stainless steel liner and 2/3 jacket, make it well-suited for restaurants, cafeterias, and other foodservice operations. The 2" TDO drain and 1/4" perforated strainer allow for efficient draining and straining. Powered by a 25 PSI rating, the PT-100 is capable of handling big batches of soups, sauces, and stocks with ease, thanks to its pedestal base and power-aid cover.
