The Hatco Ultra-Glo® UGAL-48D food warmer spans four full-size pans or a 48-inch carving/serving line. It uses pre-focused ceramic infrared heat to keep food safely warm without overcooking. The shatter-resistant display lamps ensure your culinary creations are presented in the best possible light. The unit is available with standard wattage and comes pre-wired with a 3-foot conduit whip. You can select the desired voltage and control style when ordering.
