Maxximum MXCR48MHC Maxx Cold 48" Megatop Sandwich & Salad Station is a commercial refrigerated prep table designed for high-volume deli, sandwich, and salad preparation. It features a two-section design with 12 cubic feet of storage space, adjustable shelving, and dual hinged doors. The stainless steel exterior and painted aluminum interior provide a durable and easy-to-clean surface. The insulated top cover and included cutting board, along with (18) 1/6-size polycarbonate pans, make this prep table versatile and efficient. It is equipped with a digital LED thermostat, self-contained R134A cooling system with a 1/2 HP rear compressor, and four casters (two locking) for mobility. The unit is cULus/UL EPH safety listed, ensuring reliable and NSF-style performance.
