Winco NGGD-48M Spectrum™ Gas Griddles
Product Description
The Winco Spectrum™ NGGD-48M is a versatile natural gas/LP convertible griddle that delivers 120,000 BTUs of cooking power. With four high-performance burners and a large 48" x 20-3/4" polished steel cooking surface, this countertop griddle has the capacity and power to handle high-volume meal preparation. The cool-touch front rail provides added safety for busy kitchen environments.
Performance & Construction:
- The grill has 4 stainless steel burners, each providing 30,000 BTU, for a total of 120,000 BTU.
- Each burner has its own infinite heat control with a standing pilot light.
- The griddle plate is 3/4 inch thick polished steel, which helps retain heat evenly.
- The 5-inch wide stainless steel front rail is designed to be cool to the touch, protecting your hands and the control knobs.
- The stainless steel body is double-walled and insulated, making it suitable for heavy commercial use.
- The side and rear splash guards help contain any spills or splatter.
Grease Management:
- The 3-1/2 inch wide grease trough makes it easier to scrape the plates.
- The removable grease drawer has a weep hole and an internal baffle to manage grease.
Gas & Installation:
- This unit is pre-set for use with natural gas. A conversion kit and reversible regulator for liquid propane (LP) gas are included.
- The gas connection at the back of the unit uses a 3/4" NPT fitting.
- The unit has adjustable legs that can be set between 4 and 6 inches in height. The legs have non-skid feet and are designed for use with non-combustible countertops.
