Product Description
Designed for high-volume foodservice, this Vollrath drop-in warming unit keeps four separate menu items hot, fresh, and ready to serve. Featuring individual temperature controls, this wet-operation unit is made in the USA and can be easily installed into a 54" x 25 1/4" counter cutout. Simply lower the pre-wired module into the opening, plug it in, and fill with water to start serving piping hot food.
Key Features:
- The unit has four insulated 12" × 20" wells (20 gauge stainless steel) that can hold full-size or fractional pans up to 6" deep.
- Each well has a 1,000 W heating element with independent thermostatic control.
- The wet-heat design delivers gentle, even temperature and prevents food from drying out.
- The drip-free 300-series stainless steel flange provides a clean, sanitary counter transition.
- The ½" drains with individual ball-valve shut-offs make it easy to change water and clean up.
- A bright power indicator light for every well lets you know the status at a glance.
- The 18 gauge stainless steel top and 18 gauge galvanized exterior housing are built for years of commercial use.
- The 6 ft (1.8 m) cord with a NEMA 6-30P plug means no hard-wiring is required.
- Includes mounting clips for counters up to 3" (7.6 cm) thick, allowing for zero-clearance installation.
- The unit is NSF & cULus listed and proudly manufactured in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
Installation & Use Tips:
- Make sure to keep the wells filled with hot water during use to ensure even heat distribution.
- Allow access beneath the counter for making drain connections and performing maintenance.
- Use Vollrath adapter bars (Item 19186, sold separately) when holding fractional pans.
- This unit is designed for indoor use only; the ambient room temperature and HVAC system can affect the holding performance.
- Do not modify the factory-installed cord or plug, as this will void the warranty.
