The Vulcan ET Series C24ET10-LWE is a high-performance countertop/floor convection steamer designed for commercial kitchens. Featuring a 24-inch base and capacity for ten 12" x 20" pans, this ENERGY STAR® electric unit boasts dual high-output stainless steel steam generators with advanced features like Smart Drain, Powerflush, and dual delime ports for reliable, efficient operation. Individual 60-minute timers, constant steam, staged water fill, and a split water line simplify the user experience. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, the steamer offers a single drain connection, leveling feet, and 30 kW of power, making it well-suited for high-volume commercial environments. This model is UL EPH and cULus listed for safety and quality assurance.
