Vulcan's HEG72E Electric Griddle is a heavy-duty, 72-inch countertop griddle designed for high-volume commercial kitchens. It features a 3/4-inch polished steel cooking plate and bottom-mounted snap-action thermostats every 12 inches for precise temperature control. The low-profile stainless steel construction includes a Cool Bullnose front, dual front grease troughs, 4-inch back and tapered side splashes, and adjustable legs. The griddle is CSAus and NSF approved, ensuring its suitability for commercial use.
