This 4-foot Advance Tabco baker's table is built to withstand the demands of commercial bakeries and food-service kitchens. It features a sturdy hard-maple work surface and a stainless steel base, providing a hygienic and stable workspace with convenient drawer storage for keeping ingredients and tools organized. All dimensions and weights are approximate, with a manufacturing tolerance of ±0.5 inch. This model is NSF listed, ensuring it meets safety and sanitation standards for commercial food preparation.
Key Features:
- The butcher-block top is 48 inches wide and 30 inches deep, made of 1 3/4 inch thick laminated hard-maple.
- The 4-inch coved corner risers on the rear and sides prevent spills and make cleanup easy.
- The top is reinforced with internal steel rods and has welded gussets on the hat-channel supports for long-lasting rigidity.
- There are three seamless 20-inch by 20-inch by 5-inch stainless steel drawers on the left side, with ball-bearing slides.

Wood-Top Care:
- Use a mild soap and water or a common countertop cleaner to clean the wood surface. Avoid using abrasive powders.

- For tough stains, like red wine, you can use a diluted bleach solution or a non-acetone nail polish remover.
- If the wood top is cut or sanded, seal the exposed areas immediately to prevent warping. The finishing product is not included.
